About Me

From Montreal with Love

A proud Montreal native, I earned a Business Bachelor’s degree from HEC Business school. Like any good Montrealer, I swear by hockey, fine food, and cold winters. I attribute my love of traveling and discovering new cultures to the ultra-cosmopolitan vibe of my hometown, a place I often visit to catch up with friends and family.

Family Matters

With my amazing wife Marie, our four children and a pair of furry friends, our family puts a premium on human connections and an active lifestyle. My tribe is where I draw the daily energy, inspiration and motivation that keeps me moving forward. Having traveled the world and lived in North America and Europe, we often refer to ourselves as “global citizens”.

Anchored in Fitness

From a very young age, I was drawn to physical activities. Whether it was summers competing at the track or winters playing hockey at the rink, sports quickly became part of what has defined me. Today, I continue to move daily, mixing high intensity workouts with weightlifting, running, yoga and more. I strongly believe that using fitness to push physical and mental limits is a key pathway to growth.

Leading Teams Globally

After a start in the advertising world, I naturally gravitated towards the sports industry and had the opportunity to work on two iconic brands, CCM Hockey and Reebok. I spent the last 20 years between Montreal, Boston and Nurnberg leading teams in the fields of brand marketing, product management, creative direction and sales. Through each unique experience, I always made a point to lead with compassion, intense drive, and an open mindset. A brand strategist at heart, I had the privilege to lead the rejuvenation of the CCM Hockey brand and spearhead the development of Reebok’s iconic “Be More Human” campaign.

From Breakdown to Build Up

To the outside eye, my journey has been one of personal and professional success. But, like most, there have been inner hurdles that have, ultimately, shaped who I am today. Mine came in the form of battles with depression and chronic anxiety. Challenges that have helped me discover the true power of mindfulness, fitness and human connections. I wholeheartedly believe that mental illness is a topic that still remains taboo and needs more attention. From this, comes my strong desire to help people express their full potential in a state of holistic wellness.

Changing Direction

In 2019, I decided to pause, reset and follow my long-time dream to start a business that would spark positive transformation for individuals and corporations. Fueled by my passion to help others, I now leverage the leadership, management and strategic skills I’ve acquired over the years to help leaders and their organizations maximize their potential and make a positive difference in the world. Some may think that walking away from a successful career is madness, but I see it as the natural next chapter in a story that is still unfolding. And I’m looking forward to writing it with you.
